Terms
The principles behind every engagement. The written proposal for each engagement sets the detail.
About these terms
These terms cover the three ways we work: the AI Business Assessment, the Build Sprint and Run. The written proposal for each engagement sets out its scope, price and timescale, and takes precedence over this page.
Scope
Each engagement has a scope fixed in writing before work starts. An assessment covers the processes agreed at the intake call. A Build Sprint covers the specification in its proposal. Run covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes within the agreed scope.
Price and payment
Prices and payment terms are stated in the proposal, not on this site.
Ownership
You own the code and the data produced for you, and the assessment report is yours. We may reuse general components that are not specific to your business.
Change control
Any change to an agreed scope is agreed in writing before work on it starts. Work beyond the scope of a Build Sprint, or work that needs new design, becomes a further Sprint with its own proposal.
After go-live
After go-live, fixes and changes are covered by Run or by a further Sprint. Run continues monthly, and either party can end it with 60 days’ notice.
Third parties
Third-party licence fees, and API usage above an agreed cap, are not included. How they are paid is set out in the proposal.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
