Working with us
We build AI-centric software for businesses, advise on where it should sit in your operation, and run a set of our own products.
With an assessment. We look at how the work gets done today and tell you what to build first, and what to leave alone.
No. We write the specification, build and test the software, and train your team to use it.
The person who leads your assessment also leads your build, so you deal with one person who knows your business from start to finish. On larger builds our development partner adds engineers under our lead.
Assessments
The price is stated when you book, not here.
We look at how the work gets done today: the processes, the people who run them and the tools they use. It takes a matter of days, depending on scope, and ends in a ranked report and one priced proposal.
No. The report and the proposal are yours. You can build with us, with someone else, or not at all.
Then the report says so. You get the report and the time back.
Building software
You own the code and the data. We may reuse general components that are not specific to your business.
On your own accounts. If you would rather we host it, Nexus is available as an option.
Changes within the agreed scope are part of the Sprint. Anything new is scoped as a further Sprint, with its own specification and proposal.
It stays in your accounts. One data source is migrated as part of the Sprint, and we only access what the build needs.
The scope and price are fixed in the proposal. If you want to add to the scope, we agree the change in writing before any work starts.
You can move to Run, a monthly arrangement for hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes, or take it on yourselves.
We specify, design and lead every build. On larger builds our long-standing development partner adds engineers under our lead. We review everything that ships.
Timescales and pricing
From four weeks, depending on scope. We start with an MVP Sprint, so your first budget produces working software fast, then build out in phases.
Each Sprint has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing in the proposal before any work starts.
We take a deposit before any work starts, a second payment when the works are complete, and the final payment when you sign the works off.
Products and Nexus
No. Nexus is an option, not a condition. If you would rather run the software on your own accounts, we hand it over and you own the code.
Each product page shows its status. Live products are in use today. Products marked In build are still being developed.
Yes. Our products share the same foundations as our client builds, so we can extend one to fit how you work. We scope that as a Sprint.
Data and security
In your own accounts. The software runs on them from the first day, and we only access what the build needs.
No. The AI services we build with are used under business terms that do not train on your data.
Only the people working on your build, with access you grant and can remove at any time.
