Build
A fixed-scope Build Sprint that turns a requirement into working software your team uses.
We start with an MVP Sprint, so your first budget produces working software fast, then build out in phases.

This is for you if
Your team runs a process you want replaced. You want it built, not a developer by the hour.
Live software first, then build out.
MVP Sprint
You have the smallest working version your team can use, live, not a document.
Further Build Sprints
You have each extension live, every one with its own specification and proposal.
Run
You have the software hosted, monitored and improved once it is live.
Included, and not.
- Specification
- Design, desktop and mobile
- Build
- Hosting on your own accounts, or on Nexus if you choose it
- Migration of one data source
- A training session for your team
- Third-party licence fees
- API usage above an agreed cap
- Content writing
- Changes outside the agreed scope - these become a further Sprint
Five stages, one Sprint.

- 03

Working software, shown to you as it grows.
- 04
Go-live
On your accounts, with your team trained.
- 05

Hosted, monitored and enhanced as required.
The stack, and where AI sits
We build on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, with Claude in two places. In the build, it drafts code, tests and documentation that our engineers review and own. In the application, it does specific jobs inside your process, such as reading documents, sorting enquiries or drafting replies, each with a defined input, a defined output and a person who approves it.
Led by us, with more hands when needed
We lead design, specification and delivery. When a build needs more hands than one studio provides, we scale it with a highly skilled offshore development partner we have worked with for over ten years. Together we have a track record of delivery on time and on budget, with skills from design through to coding and infrastructure.
On your own accounts
The software runs on your own accounts, so it is yours from the first day. It stands alone and does not depend on anything else we sell. If you want hosting, a CRM or growth tooling alongside it, Nexus is an option.
Before you book.
You own the code and the data. We may reuse general components that are not specific to your business.
On your own accounts. If you would rather we host it, Nexus is available as an option.
Changes within the agreed scope are part of the Sprint. Anything new is scoped as a further Sprint, with its own specification and proposal.
It stays in your accounts. One data source is migrated as part of the Sprint, and we only access what the build needs.
The scope and price are fixed in the proposal. If you want to add to the scope, we agree the change in writing before any work starts.
You can move to Run, a monthly arrangement for hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes, or take it on yourselves.
We specify, design and lead every build. On larger builds our long-standing development partner adds engineers under our lead. We review everything that ships.
Tell us the process you want replaced.
Every engagement starts with an assessment and ends in a written proposal.
